The final assembly starts here
first off the GR1 gets it’s engines. Much fettling was needed to get them to fit neatly into the bays, including removing all the locating pins, which were just out from their respective sockets.
then the central ordnance rail, because of the bow in the fuselage this was a trick fit as well
the extended flaps fitted neatly though
and the undercarriage went in reasonably well, though the lack of a positive fitting point meant alignment had to be done manually
Then the bay doors and some glazing fluid in the sensor apertures.
