Checking out the locals
Despite a day in the lodge yesterday, Watching F1 and just relaxing, Our second week also started quietly. Monday morning was spent with beloved painting and I just relaxing.
however late in the afternoon we headed up the road to Rattray, to this isolated and ruined church,
surrounded on all sides by farmland, sheep and cows breaking the peace. We also popped into Crimond, wherein we found the headstone of the grave of the father of the writer of the “Crimond” tune oft used fro Psalm 24 (The lord is My shepherd)
