As described yesterday, the cockpit/cabin bulkhead on the Chinook was a temporary fixture

??????????????????????

Before it can be properly fitted I wanted to get the underside of the floor completed by gluing in the rear undercarriage (And touching up the paint a little)

??????????????????????

Then, contrary to the instructions the pilots seats go in.

??????????????????????

Because, once the bulkhead is glued in there is no fiddle room around them. This has made this step of the assembly much simpler.

??????????????????????

Now back to the normal flow the controls are glued in

??????????????????????

As well as the pedals.

??????????????????????

And, finally, the dashboard

??????????????????????

And, as usual with a pretty cockpit.

??????????????????????

A few shots before I hide it away

??????????????????????

And then the final fix in this area, a couple of bulkhead panels.
